FIRE SIMULATION EXERCISE AT THE OIL TERMINAL

As part of our emergency preparedness program, a fire simulation exercise took place on March 7th, 2024 at the Mohammedia Port Oil Terminal. The aim of this simulation is to evaluate the fire-fighting system in place at this port.

The exercise simulated a gasoline slick fire on the platform and in the water, one of the major risks mapped for the Oil Terminal.

The exercise mobilized significant human and material resources, and tested communication and coordination between the various entities involved in emergency management.
