TANGER MED FOUNDATION MOBI LIZED TO HELP AL HAOUZ EARTH QUAKE VICTIMS

In line with the financial contribution allocated by Tanger Med Group to the Special Fund for earthquake relief management, Tanger Med Foundation remains committed to implementing its direct assistance program for the victims, in order to address the evolving needs of those affected.

Tanger Med Group, through its foundation, has thus collaborated with Marsa Maroc, local authorities, and the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity to donate nearly 20,000 items to the affected populations.

These donations were intended for the regions most affected by the earthquake, mainly Taroundant, Talat N’Yacoub, Chichaoua, Tahanaout, and the city of Marrakech. The donations consisted of essential items to help displaced communities get back on their feet as quickly as possible.

Donation list:

• 803 modular tents for housing and education classes
• 80 reconditioned containers for goods storage
• 10,000 blankets
• 5,000 pairs of shoes
• 3,500 wooden pallets
