TRAINING PROGRAM FOR SPECIAL NEEDS ASSISTANTS (SNA)

Building on the success of previous editions, the Special Needs Assistants (SNA) training cycle is back for 2024. Tanger Med Foundation therefore renews its partnership with the “Enfants du Paradis” (Children of Paradise) Association and the Provincial Departments of the Ministries of National Education and Health in Tangier.

Of particular importance, this cycle aims to prepare qualified resources to reinforce the autonomy of children with intellectual disabilities and facilitate their inclusion in the school and extracurricular environment.

This year’s SNA training program will once again involve around twenty candidates, with modules led by professionals in fields such as psychomotricity, speech therapy, pediatrics, neurology, child psychology, and legislation.

At the end of the course, participants will receive an official certificate, recognized by the French Ministry of Education, Preschool, and Sports. This recognition will enable them to work as Special Needs Assistants, providing effective support to mentally handicapped children.
